The Postal Center manages the mail that gets delivered and sent out from North Park University.

Lobby Hours for Student Mail Pick Up:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–8:00 pm (Keycard Access after 4:30 pm)
Saturday, 8:00 am–2:00 pm (Keycard Access)
Window Hours:
Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–4:00 pm
Faculty and Staff Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
Holiday and Summer Hours:

Shipping
The Postal Center offers shipping through UPS and United States Postal Services. North Park staff and students are encouraged to ship through the Postal Center.
Retail Store
Looking for boxes to ship a package to your parents? You can purchase stamps, envelopes, and shipping boxes from UPS and USPS. North Park staff and students receive discounts on packaging and shipping material. The retail store only accepts check and cash.
Student Mail Services
Students living on campus will be given a personal mailbox where your mail is delivered. North Park students must observe the policy agreement with the Postal Center. Learn more and review the Postal Center Policy.
When North Park students arrive to campus they are assigned a postal box (also known as a CPO box) at the Postal Center. Students can find their mailbox number and combination in the student WebAdvisor portal, under campus housing information.

Do not use your dorm address, packages can get lost or stolen when left outside of the dorm. Always use the mail center address.
When receiving a package an email alert will be sent to you with pick up time. Present your student ID to mail center staff. Students must pick up packages within one month of delivery to the mail center. If you cannot pick up your mail/package please send an email to iperez2@518331.com with the name of the person who will be picking it up on your behalf.
